Thank you for choosing us for your cleaning needs. We’re excited to make your space shine! To ensure we provide the best service possible and to set clear expectations, we’ve outlined our Terms and Conditions below. Please take a moment to review them.

1. Our Services

We offer a range of cleaning services, including residential, commercial and specialized cleaning. If you have specific needs or requests, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate them.

2. Booking and Cancellations

Booking: You can schedule your cleaning service via phone/text/email. We’ll confirm your appointment the day prior to appointment.

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 24 hours notice. There is a $50 fee if the appointment is not cancelled within the 24 hours. We understand things happen and plans change, and we will do our best to find a new time that works best for you. If rescheduling causes 2 weeks to elapse between cleanings, a catch-up cleaning will be required with an additional charge.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing: Our rates are transparent and based on the services you choose. We will provide a quote before you're cleaning.

Payment: Payment is due upon completion of the services unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept various payment methods including check, cash and zelle for your convenience.

Booking Deposit

Move In/Out & Construction: 25% deposit required to secure the cleaning date.

4. Getting Your Home Ready

To help us make your home clean, here are a few friendly tips for preparing your home for the cleaning:

-Please make sure that any personal items are picked up or put away before we arrive. This helps us clean more efficiently.

-If you have guests at home, kindly let them know about our appointment. This way, everyone is on the same page and we can work smoothly without interruptions.

-For best results, its helpful if we have clear access to the areas we will be cleaning. If possible, please make sure there is enough room to move around and do our job.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee  

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not happy with the cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours and we will work to resolve any issues.

6. Liability   

We carry insurance to cover any accidental damage. If you experience an issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can address it promptly.
